Really rude staff. Had equipment there for weeks to be serviced with nothing done. No call, they never ordered parts, wouldn't identify themselves, left me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me. I would not recommend. Marci and Dave was the rudest of all. Would never recommend this place.

Cascade Garden was fantastic. The staff is exceptional, both helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long for my mower to be serviced and back in good condition. It is nice to know that you have a reliable place to take my equipment.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! Very rarely do you find such kind, efficient, and capable service. They saved me money & quickly solved my issue. I was more important than making a buck.

Nope, had to rewrite my glowing review because 6 months and 400$ latter did not fix the 400$ problem instead put a zip tie on the batterie connector and called it good so here I sit with a half mown lawn and dead mower
